Backwaters 2011 in association with Madhyamam Daily, brings to you Hybrid, a unique and exciting HR simulation event where participants will get an opportunity to apply their organizational behavior, design and change knowledge through various rounds in different formats. The event will comprise of three rounds of online submissions.
Round 1: Case-study
• A series of small case studies will be sent to each participating team.
• The teams will have to present their analysis for each of them within 100 words.
• This round will have a 24 hour time window for the candidates to send in their submissions
Round 2: Questionnaire
• All the teams from Round 1 will proceed to this round.
• Round will last for one week. The round will be held between 10pm – 11pm during 7th – 12th Nov’11
• The teams can mail in their preferred time slots and the suitable date.
• A questionnaire based on various aspects of Organizational Behaviour will have to be answered by each team within this one hour time slot and answers will have to be submitted
Round 3: Online Simulation
• The top 10 teams based on cumulative scores from Round 1 & 2 will be selected for an online simulation game
• The game will be based on effects of organizational change on its performance
• The top 2 teams from this round will be declared as winners of the event
• Remaining finalist teams will receive a Certificate of Participation
